LSIP Delivery Support and Annual Report
We are supporting a Chamber of Commerce to turn its Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) from a strong evidence base into a working delivery system.
Our role is to build an "LSIP Delivery Engine": practical tools that set out what delivers each LSIP priority, who owns it, how decisions move through existing governance, and how progress is tracked. These tools are a Delivery Pathways Map, a Governance and Decision-Making Model, and a Programme Portfolio of current and future interventions.
Alongside this, we are providing labour market insight and policy analysis on devolution, workforce pressures and priority sectors. We are also producing the LSIP Annual Report. It will include a KPI framework and baseline and assess delivery progress and impact, giving the Chamber an evidenced record to share with funders, its employer board and partners. The engagement ends with a structured handover of templates and reporting routines, so the Chamber can keep the LSIP live on its own.
